Regan Kelly, RP

I’m Regan, a Registered Psychotherapist offering virtual therapy for adults and teens in Ontario. I believe psychotherapy is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and feel less alone in them.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and practical. I focus on creating a supportive space where we can explore what’s coming up for you with curiosity and care, while also working toward changes that feel meaningful in your day-to-day life.

I work integratively, drawing from approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotion-focused and cognitive-based therapies. Rather than following a rigid framework, I tailor our work to you — your goals, your pace, and what feels most supportive.

About Your Chair Therapy Clinic

Your Chair Therapy Clinic is a virtual mental health clinic offering psychotherapy to adults and teens across Ontario. Sessions take place online, in a space that’s familiar and comfortable — often the very chair you’re sitting in at home.

The name reflects a core belief of the practice: this is your space. In therapy, the chair can be symbolic — a place to feel supported, grounded, and present. While chairs are sometimes used as therapeutic tools, here they also represent something deeper: a rebalancing of the power dynamic in therapy. You are not being evaluated or fixed — you are an active participant in the process.

Your chair is your seat at the table. Therapy at this clinic is collaborative, respectful, and centred around your experience, your pace, and what feels most supportive to you.
